Terms and Conditions:
Please be aware that Can-A-Lope Weddings.com may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. Such revised Terms and Conditions will take effect as of the date of posting.

Limitation of Liability:
Can-A-Lope Weddings LLC will not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from your access to, or use of this website. Whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not Canalopeweddings.com is advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability for CanALopeWeddings.com for any and all claims arising from the use of this website is limited to $75.00

Guarantee-Deposits:
Can-A-Lope Weddings Guarantee To You: If you are not completely satisfied with the officiant selected, we will work with you to find an alternate minister for your wedding. If we can't find the right officiant for your wedding we will refund your deposit. We have a back-up plan in case of an emergency with the reserved officiant. We have several officiants in most major markets that can fill in if an emergency occurs. An office handling charge of $25.00 will be assessed on all refunds given. Deposits and payments are non-refundable based on cancellations. Your payment or deposit is good for one year if you decide to cancel and get married later through Can-A-Lope Weddings.
