Hello! And congratulations on your decision to enter into your New Life Covenant of marriage! My name is Rafael. I’ve been in ministry for some time now and it would be my utmost pleasure to be part of your lifelong commitment to each other. I am an ordained minister in California and can perform marriage ceremonies, renewal of vows ceremonies and more. I also offer pre-marital counseling for both the young and older couples. I am fluently bilingual and can also perform ceremonies in Spanish, English or both. I hold a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry with an emphasis in Theology and an M.A. in Mass Communications. Although I hold academic degrees and firmly believe in education, I believe that the Bible has the answers to many of life’s questions and problems that many experience daily. I firmly believe that marriage is between a man and a woman who sincerely love and care for one another and I also believe that as you both ask the Lord to be an important part of your union He will bless all you put your hands to do.
