Our Names are Jeff And Cindy DeBlase. We are the owners of Can-A-Lope Wedding Ministers. Can-A-Lope Weddings started as an idea that came to us in prayer, one day in 2002. As an ordained Minister I started marrying engaged couples who were in need of a Minister. The concept the Lord gave to us, is that He has given marriage for all couples (a man and a woman), of all faiths. At Can-A-Lope Weddings we believe that each marriage between a man and a woman is uniquely special in the eyes of our creator. Some couples have a hard time finding a Minister to marry them if that are living together prior to marriage, if they have been married before, if they don’t belong to a particular church affiliation or religion or if they don‘t go through weeks of pre-marital counseling. I knew in my heart that Can-A-Lope Wedding Ministers would be a service of love, removing those restrictions placed on engaged couples. We have spent the last 5 years connecting with other licensed and ordained Ministers, in other states, who feel the same way we do.
